■ Product Description:
1. Composition: 100% terylene.
2. Coating: PA.
3. Base fabric: plain.
4. Glue type: double dot, small.
5. Width: 48″, 60″.
6. Length: 100Y-200Y.
7. Weight: 16gsm-70gsm.
8. Density: 20D, 30D, 50D, 75D, 100D.
9. Color: white, black, colorful for choice.
10. Performance: light weight, soft hand feeling, washable.
11. Usage: light weight fusible interfacing is suitable for thin clothes, such as chiffon, silk, and other high-grade fabrics, knitted and elastic garments, mainly used in the front of dress, shirt collar and cuffts. The thicker interfacing used for heavy weight fabric.
■ Fusing Conditions:
Pressure: 1.0-1.2kg/cm2.
Temperature: 135-145℃.
Time: 8-12S.
■ Package & Delivery:
Package: white poly bag or with knit bag.
Delivery time: about 7-14 days after received the advance payment or depends on quantity.
Payment term: 35% T/T in advance payment, the balance before shipment or against B/L copy.
